HVAC Engineer (Static Site)

Location: Skegness
Salary: Up to £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're recruiting an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a static site team in Skegness, supporting a large leisure and hospitality estate on behalf of a leading global facilities management provider. This is a stable, Monday-Friday role with consistent hours, no on-call, and long-term development opportunities.

The Role

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems

• Fault-finding and repairs on air conditioning plant

• Working across entertainment centres, pubs, restaurants, hotels, chalets, and caravans

• Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, split systems, and associated plant

• Ensuring compliance, safety, and efficient system operation

• Completing job reports and compliance documentation

• Reporting directly into the on-site Contract Manager

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer

• F-Gas Category 1 (essential)

• Experience within commercial or facilities management environments

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
