Job Description
HVAC Contract Manager 
Location: Blackburn
Salary: £52,000
Role OverviewThe HVAC Contract Manager is responsible for managing HVAC contracts across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- As HVAC Contract Manager, hold full P&L responsibility including WIP, debt, and profitability
- Manage delivery of PPM and reactive works across sites
- Ensure SLAs & KPIs are met and improved
- Lead and support mobile engineering teams
- Build strong client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships
- Ensure compliance with H&S and statutory requirements
- Monitor contract performance and report monthly
- Identify cost savings and revenue opportunities expected of an HVAC Contract Manager
- Proven experience in a similar HVAC Contract Manager role (FM / Building Services)
- Strong HVAC technical background
- NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration or equivalent
- Good knowledge of H&S and building services legislation
- Experience with CAFM systems
- Full UK driving licence
