Title: HR Officer

Duration: Contract to start 'asap' for at least 6 months to start. Possibility to be permanent position after 6-12 months.

Location: Dordrecht, NL

We are looking for a Dutch HR Officer.

Description:

Client is a leading player in the civil construction sector, specialized in complex infrastructure projects with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. To strengthen our HR Team in the Dordrecht, NL, the Department Infrastructure is looking for an accurate and proactive HR Officer who manages administrative processes efficiently and correctly.

Your responsibilities

As HR Officer, you support the HR Business Partner and the broader Infra team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

• Processing and following up on personnel files (contracts, extensions, changes, etc.)

• Managing absences, illness and leave in the HR system

• Preparing documents for onboarding and offboarding

• Supporting salary preparation in collaboration with payroll

• Keeping personnel data up-to-date in WorkDay

• Following up on training and certificates

• Acting as a point of contact for employees with administrative HR questions

• The point of contact for Dutch Infra colleagues

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's degree in HRM, Office Management or equivalent through experience

• You have at least 4 years of experience in an administrative HR role

• You work accurately, structured and discreetly

• You are familiar with HR systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus)You have a bachelor's degree in HRM, Office Management or equivalent through experience

• You are familiar with the full MS Office package

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a good basic English

• You are hands-on, independent and customer-oriented
