We are now looking to resource our Head of HR/Human Resources Manager (France & International). This opportunity is ideal for someone keen to bring their enthusiasm and desire to build a high-performance culture and that constantly seeks to improve what the team/organization is doing.
What you'll do:
Reporting to the CFO and managing an HR generalist, you will be responsible for the provision of an effective HR service. You will lead and manage the Group HR department and you will provide HR advice and guidance to the top and middle management levels on all areas of employee-related activities.
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Monitor and improve overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.
- Manage the talent acquisition and retention processes and policies.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Build a strong employer brand.
- Foster equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Manage monthly payroll with our external payroll providers in France and Canada.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance with social and labor regulations.
- Handle discussions with the CSE.
- Manage all aspects of personnel administration.
What you'll need :
- At least 5 years of experience in HR roles in France.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager ideally with an international component.
- In-depth knowledge of French labor law and HR best practices.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Strong problem solving attitude.
- You thrive in a fast paced, intellectually energizing environment, you are adaptable, have a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English & French.
