A leading Travel company is looking for a HR Manager to work on partnering with their customers

Position: HR Manager

Location: London, UK

Mode of working: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Duration: 6 months Contract

Responsibility:

• 7+ years' experience in Human Resources, ideally with a focus on Employee Relations and organisational change.
• Proven ability to partner and influence leaders at all levels with tact, professionalism, and sound judgement.
• Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Conduct and manage employee investigations and grievance processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR teams (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, etc.) to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Use data insights to identify trends and recommend proactive HR and ER solutions.
