About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Manager to lead the set-up and execution of HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You are experienced in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management but also have a hands-on mentality to participate in the operational tasks such as payrolling and day-to-day HR administrative tasks. As an HR Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams, optimizing HR processes, and driving initiatives that support our continued growth. You will work closely with the CFO, managing Board and employees to create a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging work environment. You will operate within the business support team, in close cooperation with IT, facilities and legal department.

What will you do
Lead the team HR operations in a natural way
Advise management and employees on HR policies, legislation, and best practices.
Support strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
Mediate in complex employee relations and performance issues.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Perform recruitment, onboarding, and HR Year cycle processes.
Maintain HR systems and personnel records.
Requirements
You have an HBO Human Resources Management degree (or comparable)
You have at least 3-5 years of experience as HR manager
You are human-centered
You excel in discretion and integrity
You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
You feel comfortable in taking leadership
You can work both independently as within a team
You have knowledge about MS Office
You are familiar with social networks such as LinkedIn, Indeed
