Job Description

HR Manager - Strategic Projects, People Leadership & Change Chiswick, London Hybrid £80k-£90kpa


We're excited to be partnering with a respected, forward-thinking organisation to appoint a commercially-minded HR Manager to help lead the next phase of their People strategy.


This is a high-impact, strategic HR leadership role ideal for someone with HR Business Partnering experience who thrives in project-led environments and is confident influencing at senior level.


You'll be working closely with the HR Director to drive the maturity of the HR function, embed best practice, and allocate fresh investment into systems, processes, and people development.


What you'll be doing:

  • Leading key HR projects including process reviews, system upgrades, and strategic change initiatives
  • Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, advising on people strategy, organisational design, and employee engagement
  • Implementing the next phase of the People Strategy, aligning HR practice with business goals and enhancing employee experience
  • Maturing HR operations, embedding consistency, compliance, and meaningful data reporting across the function
  • Reviewing and evolving HR systems and processes, identifying areas for automation, simplification and improvement
  • Leading and developing a small HR team (Advisor & Assistant), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Supporting on employee relations, talent planning, and change management initiatives including TUPE and restructuring


What we're looking for:

A strategic HR professional with experience managing complex projects and partnering with senior stakeholders

Confident leading people and HR change within a fast-paced, evolving organisation

Experience overseeing system/process implementation and continuous improvement

Strong UK employment law knowledge, ER capability, and an instinct for balancing people and business priorities

Someone proactive, pragmatic, and passionate about driving positive change through HR
