Senior HR Business Partner
hybrid- Venlo area (NL) 3-Month Contract
Dutch, English are a MUST! + German Speaking is a bonus.
We're hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling international brand and looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to shape strategy, lead projects, and support leaders across multiple business units.
What You'll Do
Advise senior managers on org design, talent, and culture
Support workforce planning, performance, and merit reviews
Drive international HR projects & process improvements
Navigate Dutch labor law & works council topics with ease
Coach, guide, and challenge leaders across teams and functions
What You Bring
5+ years in HR Business Partner roles in fast-paced/international settings
HBO-level education in HR, Business Admin, or related field
Strong grasp of Dutch employment law
Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, can-do approach
Able to build trust quickly and handle complex stakeholder dynamics
Fluent in Dutch & English - German is a big bonus
