Human Resources Business Partner

We ARE Renewables is looking for a HR Business Partner for one of our clients.

As HR Business Partner, you are responsible for developing and executing the HR Unit plan and are the strategic and operational sparring partner of the MT within the assigned unit(s), in this case GFN. You are a solid discussion partner with experience in large, complex organizations - you not only join in the discussion, but also dare to really change and tackle.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the HR Unit plan based on strategic choices and external developments

• Trusted advisor for the MT (director/department heads) of assigned unit(s).

• Proactive implementation of the PPL strategy and HR policy within the work area.

• Advising on the use and interpretation of HR policy (including performance management, remuneration, absenteeism and development).

• Maintaining an overview of HR services within the unit, and actively collaborating with HR experts and HR advisors.

• Identifying and monitoring talent development within central HR policy.

• Leading and executing HR projects.

• Supporting organizational development, restructuring and change processes (organizational design, structure, setup).

• Contribute to the integral prioritization of strategic business topics within the HR Business Partner team.

Requirements:

• Completed academic education (or equivalent).

• At least 7-10 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR advisor, preferably within a large, complex organization (not an SME profile).

• Knowledge and experience with organizational design and change management.

• Experience with job evaluation, job grading and setting up job grids.

• Strong advisory skills, analytical skills and excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Experience in project management and project management.

• Organizationally sensitive, politically aware, empathetic and results-oriented.

• Confident, decisive and enterprising - you dare to confront and connect.

• Flexible availability and willing to travel to Arnhem and Hoogeveen.

• Humor and the ability to put things into perspective are appreciated in the team.
