£50,000 - £55,000 + benefits

6 months FTC (paternity cover)

35 hours per week (flexible working options)

Wimbledon (hybrid working - office collaboration twice per week)

The Role

Our People Business Partner is an expert in all things people related, providing advice, guidance, and support to people managers across the business. You'll be analysing trends and HR metrics, resolving complex employee relations issues and grievances, and developing and implementing HR strategies to drive the people agenda in line with the CIPD objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as a true partner across the business, providing expert HR advice and guidance.
  • Analysing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations cases.
  • Providing coaching and HR policy guidance to line managers.
  • Implementing HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
  • Driving and supporting workforce and succession planning.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive culture that fosters employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Leading and supporting the delivery of HR projects, change and transformation.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Proven track record in a similar People/HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Robust HR generalist experience, gained through a qualification and extensive experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR good practice, experience of global work.
  • Experience of managing and resolving complex employee relations cases.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build the relationship with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business awareness, with the ability to align HR strategies with the organisational objectives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and motivate others.
