Now, with this HR Advisor role, we're taking our People team to the next level, operating within our fast-paced organisation to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.Your focus in this HR Advisor role: First point of contact for HR related employee and manager queries Assist in the development of performance management systems, including appraisals and performance improvement plans Support with implementation of changes related to organisational design Coaching and supporting managers with people related processes End to end management of employee relations cases Communication of people policy and employment law changes Delivery of cross functional Human Resource and wider business projectsWhat you'll need to bring to the grid as an HR Advisor: Previous experience in a similar role at a fast paced organisation Sound knowledge of up to date employment legislation and ability to demonstrate its practical application Level 3 CIPD qualified or above Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders using different mediums Proactive with a high level of attention to detail and accuracyAt Red Bull Powertrains, we believe that success isn't just about speed-it's about the team behind the victory.
