Human Resource Generalist

Fix.Glass is a dynamic, customer-focused company in the vehicle glass replacement industry.We are looking formotivated Human Resource Generalistto join our remote team! You'll play a vital role in managing core HR functions, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring our workforce is aligned with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling systems.
• Maintain and update employee contracts, ensuring legal compliance and role clarity.
• Manage employee contracts
• Support employee onboarding and exit processes
• Respond to general HR queries and support employee engagement initiatives

Work Schedule And Compensation:

You will work Monday to Friday -UK time 08:00am to 17:00pm

• 28 Paid Holidays per calendar year. We do not follow weekdays or national holidays. Holidays must be chosen manually yourself, and you can match them with national holidays if you wish.
• Payments made Wednesday every two weeksstraight into your bank account.

Requirements:

• Aquiet home workspacewith a professional setup.
• APC and dual monitor, wired microphone, and cable fiber internet connectionfor seamless communication (WIFI not recommended).
• Previous experience in an HR role
• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• PC and technical knowledge is a must.
• Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HR best practices
• Additional languages likeGerman, French, Italian and Spanish, alongside English is a bonus.
