Human Resource Business Partner (Hybrid, Dublin City Centre)

Barden are delighted to be partnering with a highly established Irish business to identify a Human Resource Business Partner for a 12-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This role is highly collaborative and people centric with a blend of both operational and strategic activity.

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, offering practical support and guidance across a range of people-related matters.
• Support the delivery of a high-performance culture, contributing to key processes such as performance reviews, talent planning, and employee development.
• Handle employee relations matters with care and professionalism, working closely with specialist teams to ensure fair and compliant outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience, while supporting wider people initiatives and projects.
• Use data and insight, alongside an understanding of the business, to spot trends, guide decisions, and enhance overall team effectiveness.

• Proven HRBP or senior HR generalist experience.
• Strong background in performance management and employee relations.
• Confident working directly with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Solid understanding of Irish employment legislation.
• Able to hit the ground running in a lean, dynamic environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced or scaling organisation is advantageous.
