Job Title: Financial Services Programme Director - Birmingham
Location: Birmingham - x3 days a week
Salary/Rate: £450-492 per day
Start Date: 23/06/25
Job Type: 5 month initial contract - Inside IR35

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Programme Director to join their team for a five-month contract who has extensive experience delivering complex programmes in Financial Services.

Job Requirements

You will be responsible for leadership across complex, global, matrix organisations working with a wide array of individual business lines.

12yr commercial experience delivering complex programmes in FS Sector.
CXO Management.
Leadership across complex, global, matrix organisations working with a wide array of individual business lines.
Highly effective communicator.
Ensure effective coordination between workstreams, maintaining seamless integration.
Agile delivery experience: The emphasis is on hands-on delivery rather than purely serving as an Agile evangelist.
Experience in Financial Services / Banking.
Know when to escalate issues and when to dive into specific workstreams.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to the programme's changing needs.

This role is pivotal to the strategic oversight and successful execution of complex programmes on the account.
