Job SummaryReporting to the Group Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Manager, the role of the HSQE Administrator is support-focused, ensuring the HSQE function runs smoothly through effective administration, record-keeping, and coordination, based in Claremorris Head Office.
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain policies, procedures, and controlled documents
- Maintain registers of non-conformances and corrective actions
- Support audit scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping (internal & external)
- Track and report on KPIs through spreadsheets and dashboards
- Coordinate campaigns and initiatives with the HSQE Team
- Maintain environmental records (e.g., waste transfer notes, permits, monitoring data)
- Manage HSQE correspondence and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Ensure all records are stored in compliance with data protection requirements

Person Specification- Reliable, methodical, and well-organised
- Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to supporting the HSQE team
- Willingness to learn and develop within HSQE
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
IOSH Working Safely or similar basic HSQE qualification
Training in document control or administration systems
Experience- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Experience maintaining accurate records and databases
- Proficient use of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential
- Experience in HSQE / HSE / Quality / Compliance environment
- Experience supporting audits or inspections
- Experience working in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or similar regulated industries
