Circa: The Royal Society of Chemistry is looking for an experienced HRIS Consultant for 6 months to support our Workday system as we continue to develop and stabilise our HR technology landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to work on live, high-impact projects including our Workday-Adaptive integration and recruitment optimisation initiatives. About the role You'll be a key member of our People & Culture systems team, providing hands-on Workday expertise across configuration, reporting, testing and stakeholder support. You'll help us make the most of our HR data and ensure our Workday environment continues to evolve to meet business needs. In this role, it is expected that you will attend the office as and when required to meet with stakeholders. If you need flexible working arrangement, please outline this in your application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the Workday-Adaptive integration project and meet the set deadline
- Be responsible for completing tickets in Jira and Service Now related to configuring advanced Workday functionality to deliver improvements and resolve problems.
- Assist with the creation and execution of test scripts for project, including the Adaptive Integration project, Workday Release and Recruitment Optimisation.
- Assist with the ongoing stabilisation and optimisation of Workday configuration.
- Provide technical expertise related to Workday and HR systems data and lead on making this data available to the broader business.
- Assist with troubleshooting Workday configuration issues and seek to identify root causes and solutions.
- Regular creation of Workday reports and share these with stakeholders through the RSC whilst helping them to understand the data within them.
- Support with the management of Workday system releases
- Cooperation with stakeholders to develop and document requirements for system changes and improvements.
