Our client, a highly respected firm undergoing significant growth and change, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team on a 12 month FTC. This is a pivotal role where you'll influence senior leadership, shape people strategy, and lead impactful organisational initiatives.

The Role

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you'll play a central role in designing and delivering the people agenda for your client group. This is a high profile, strategic position where you will:

  • Provide expert HR counsel to senior stakeholders, challenging and guiding decision making to enhance organisational performance
  • Lead the creation and delivery of people plans aligned with business priorities and the wider People Strategy
  • Partner closely with the People Strategy and HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated, employee focused solutions
  • Drive change and transformation programmes, ensuring strong planning, engagement, and measurable outcomes
  • Use people insights and data to set priorities, influence leaders, and shape future strategy
  • Oversee cyclical HR activities (e.g., performance management) across your client groups
  • Bring business insights back into HR to influence future priorities, frameworks, and programmes
  • Champion company culture and values, acting as an inspirational leader within both HR and the wider business
  • Support complex and high risk ER cases in partnership with the specialist ER team
About You

We're looking for a credible, influential HR leader who combines strategic thinking with hands on delivery. You will bring:

  • A proven track record in delivering an HR agenda aligned to business strategy - from diagnostic stage through to implementation
  • Significant experience in change and transformation, including organisation design, cultural change, and workforce planning
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and a global mindset, able to speak the language of the business
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
  • Confidence working with data and people metrics to drive decisions
  • Strong external awareness and understanding of contemporary HR business partnering
  • Experience managing and developing HR professionals

Our client is committed to ongoing development and offers excellent support from day one.

Why Apply?

This is a standout opportunity for a seasoned HRBP ready to step into a strategic leadership role with influence, visibility, and the platform to drive real change. You'll join a supportive, collaborative HR team with the space to shape, lead and deliver.
