Job Description

The Role

PE Global are recruiting for an HR Systems Specialist for our medical device client based in Galway. This is an initial 8-month contract role.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate HR, IT and delivery partners to implement digital and AI solutions.
Translate business needs into requirements, prioritised backlogs and acceptance criteria.
Develop a consistent delivery workflow, including templates, responsibilities and approval checkpoints.
Track timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
Coordinate testing, launch readiness, required compliance reviews and user adoption.
Use feedback and business results to recommend improvements.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience required.
Practical experience in digital project delivery, product management or business analysis.
Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder coordination skills.
HR technology, agile delivery and AI-tool experience preferred.
