HR Systems and Payroll Implementation Specialist

Pay rate: £450-£550 per day PAYE

Role length: Anticipated 4 months

Bristol: Hybrid working with 2 to 3 days in the office

The role:

We have an urgent requirement for an interim HR Systems and Payroll Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of a new payroll provider and to understand what is required for a successful payroll transfer, including data migration and parallel runs.

Previous experience of implementing payroll systems is essential for this role and iTrent experience would be a real advantage.

What the client is looking for:

• Previously migrated an outsourced payroll between two providers, ideally in a short time frame and mid-financial year
• Full understanding of payroll processing and set up, including interdependencies with HMRC and (ideally local government) pension arrangements
• Understanding of contractual arrangements with payroll providers, SLA's and licencing agreements
• Experience of implementing Payroll systems
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Knowledge of year end statutory reporting requirements
• Database configuration
• Experience using and or implementing iTrent
• Strong understanding of what is required for a successful payroll transfer, including data migration and parallel runs
