Interim Workday Specialist - Insurance Sector

Location: London (Hybrid)

Duration: 4 months

Salary: £65,000 pro rata

We are supporting a leading firm seeking an experienced Workday Specialist to support the post-implementation phase of their HR system. This role will suit someone with strong Workday systems experience.

You will be joining the business at a critical stage, helping to embed the system into day-to-day HR operations and ensuring teams make the best use of its capabilities.

• Supporting the HR and business teams through post-implementation activities
• Developing and delivering user training and guidance
• Creating and maintaining work aids, manuals, and process documentation
• Assisting with process design and change management to align with Workday functionality
• Troubleshooting issues, streamlining workflows, and identifying areas for improvement
• Acting as a bridge between HR and IT to ensure successful system adoption
