Job Description
  • Kody is seeking a HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As we expand our European footprint, this role will be pivotal in driving our growth across the UK & EU. We are looking for a professional, adaptable, and hands-on HR practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building teams from the ground up
  • This role is a dynamic blend of Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Operations. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle-from screening top candidates, and managing reference checks to driving seamless onboarding, everyday HR routines, and conducting thoughtful off-boarding talks
  • Manage the full interview process end-to-end, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and positive candidate experience
  • Lead the onboarding and orientation process for new joiners across the UK and EU to ensure seamless integration
  • Handle daily HR administration, including employee record maintenance and basic payroll/benefits coordination
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave, and workplace support
  • Ensure local HR compliance with UK employment laws and basic European labor regulations
  • Manage the end-to-end offboarding process, including exit documentation and asset recovery coordination
