HR Specialist-supporto Selezione e Gestione

As HR Application Specialist at vidaXL, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the global and local HR application landscape. You ensure HR systems run reliably, securely and efficiently, supporting HR teams, managers and employees with accurate data and seamless processes. Manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems; Support global HR IT rollouts and system improvements; Coordinate SaaS releases, patches, testing and change requests; Maintain data quality, integrations and process integrity; Collaborate with HR teams, IT, vendors and international stakeholders; 3-6 years of experience in HR application management or HRIS roles; Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIT systems; Strong knowledge of HR processes and data flows; Analytical, problem-solving and project management skills; Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; Knowledge of GDPR, SaaS platforms and digital HR transformation; Travel allowance and remote work allowance; Hybrid working and home office support; Team outings, company activities and an international environment; Apply now and help vidaXL improve its global HR application landscape.
