We are seeking a proactive and experienced part time HR Specialist to support our growing business. This hands on role is suited to someone who can operate independently, bring structure to HR processes, and support both day to day operations and longer term people development.
This role has the potential to grow as the business scales and will be instrumental in strengthening our people function, supporting employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and helping scale while maintaining our strong company culture.

Location: West Byfleet, Surrey
