HR Shared Services Specialist (Maternity Cover)

dnata is seeking a HR Shared Services Assistant to join our Central Functions team on a fixed term contract for maternity cover in Manchester. The role provides administration across the employee lifecycle, acts as a first line contact for managers, and supports Workday processes with accuracy and discretion.

You will manage HR system data, produce correspondence, assist with workflow automation, and help with reference checks, while working in a hybrid setup with in-office days twice a week.
