HR Services & Onboarding Specialist

Sisk is seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our team in Ireland. You will manage employee lifecycle activities, HR administration and first-line HR queries, collaborating with the HR team to deliver accurate, compliant people processes.

Reporting to the Senior HR Officer, you will handle onboarding, contracts, leave, probation and performance processes while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to policy and legislation across Ireland, UK, and Europe.
