HR People Partner: Transform Retail People Experience

wed2b is seeking an experienced HR People Partner to join our People Team on a full-time, permanent basis in the UK & Ireland retail estate. You will provide expert advice to managers, coach leaders, and lead employee relations across our UK & Ireland network.

You'll partner with leaders to deliver commercially-focused HR solutions, ensure fair treatment under employment law, and drive employee engagement and development initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.
