Overview

Our International advisory client are seeking a CIPD-qualified People Manager to cover a maternity cover contract for 12 months. Working closely with the Head of People, and the C suite team. The role will help shape attraction, retain, and develop high performing talent across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Managing HR systems and policy implementation
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance processes
• Business partnering on employee relations
• Supporting internal communications
• Contributing to projects such as new office openings or system improvements

Experience and Requirements

Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms is important, and knowledge of Belgian or US employment law would be advantageous.

Working Conditions

This role is to work in their offices 4 days and 1 day from home.
