HR Partner - Scotland (Employee Relations & Policy)

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking an HR professional to join the East Region team. The role supports the delivery of HR services across Scotland, advising line managers and staff on HR policy, employment law, and best practices.

Responsibilities include handling employee relations cases via the People Services Hub and collaborating with HR colleagues to ensure a high-quality HR service. Some travel across Scotland and hybrid working are expected.
