Job Description

Sitting within our vibrant, agile-focused HR Operations function, the HR Operations Specialist plays a key role in delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality HR services to the business and wider People team. Working across the full employee lifecycle, you'll look after core HR processes and help resolve more complex employee queries (tier 2).

As part of a busy team navigating an exciting period of change, you'll help shape the ongoing development and improvement of HR operations, ensuring processes run consistently and in line with company standards and SLAs. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across HR, including HR Business Partners, payroll, and COEs, to provide reliable operational support and keep employee experience front and centre.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Investigate and resolve complex HR operational and process queries escalated from Coordinators, employees, and HR Business Partners via AskHR or the shared inbox.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience, keeping SLAs on track.
  • Coordinate and produce HR reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with local and global processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll administration, including data preparation, reporting, benefits changes, audit support, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Help shape and continuously improve tier 2 HR processes (e.g., parental leave, involuntary exits, benefits administration).
  • Guide annual policy reviews and updates, ensuring compliance with EMEA legislation and best practice.
  • Handle sensitive employee documentation (e.g., occupational health referrals, redundancy calculations, settlement agreements).
  • Facilitate employee-facing sessions such as parental leave meetings, exit interview referrals, and benefits briefings.
  • Look after benefits invoicing and support annual reporting cycles.
  • Conduct regular audits to help ensure compliance with statutory and internal standards.
  • Maintain best practice across HR systems, data integrity, and documentation.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, sharing your expertise where needed.
What Are We Looking For?
  • High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of European employment law and multi country HR operations across EMEA.
  • Experience handling complex and sensitive HR matters.
  • Experience managing payroll processes and HR reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and stay adaptable in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with HR systems and driving process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills (in English), with the ability to communicate clearly, warmly, and compellingly.
