HR Operations Specialist (Contract) - Onboarding & Data

Futura Design Ltd in Coventry is seeking a HR Operations Administrator on a contract basis (Inside IR35) to support our OEM client based in Whitley. The role isUmbrella pay rate £23.60 per hour with an end date of 1 July 2027.

You will process lifecycle changes, issue contracts and letters, maintain HR data in systems like SuccessFactors, and generate routine reports. This position requires strong organisational skills and team collaboration.
