HR Operations Specialist - Workday & Onboarding

Ares Management Corporation is seeking an HR Operations professional to serve as the HRIS and onboarding expert, supporting new hires and background checks, while ensuring data integrity in Workday. You will partner with HR, IT and other functions to drive improvements and coordinate onboarding activities.

The role requires 2-5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with Workday; HRIS experience is preferred and data-entry tasks are a key part of the role.
