This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *HR administration, ensuring data accuracy, and providing first-line support to employees, contributing to a smooth and positive employee experience*.

About the Role
Our client is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support employees and managers across the full employee life cycle (excluding recruitment). You'll handle HR administration, ensure data accuracy, and provide first-line support to employees, contributing to a smooth and positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes, contracts, absences, and employee data.

• Maintain HR systems (preferably Workday) and ensure compliance with local laws.

• Prepare payroll change reports and audits.

• Respond to employee queries and provide clear guidance.

• Support HR projects, onboarding, and process improvements.

• Ensure accuracy, timely processing, and data integrity.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1-3 years of HR operations or data processing experience.

• Knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred) and MS Office/Google Suite.

• Strong communication skills and excellent English.

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused.
