Job Description
The role

We're looking for a detail-driven and process-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead and evolve our HR operations across the UK and Middle East (KSA & UAE). This role is pivotal in delivering operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

You'll be the engine behind our HR infrastructure, optimising our HRIS (BambooHR), managing performance and compensation cycles, and owning onboarding and offboarding processes. You'll also lead key projects that shape how we scale and support our people.

London (Hybrid - 3 days on-site) Birmingham considered

What you'll be doing in this role
  • Project manage critical HR initiatives, including year-end cycles, compensation reviews, and system upgrades.>
  • Lead HR operations across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • Own and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding experiences to ensure they're engaging, consistent, and aligned with our values.
  • Optimise our HRIS (BambooHR), enhancing functionality, driving adoption, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver HR reporting and insights that inform leadership and drive strategy.
  • Partner with Finance to oversee payroll and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Manage visa and sponsorship processes, ensuring legal compliance and smooth employee transitions.
  • Ensure our policies and benefits remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
What you'll need to be successful in this role
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-location organisation.
  • Proven project management skills, you've led complex HR projects from planning through execution.
  • Deep expertise in HRIS management (preferably BambooHR), with a track record of driving adoption and improvements.
  • Strong understanding of UK and Middle East employment law and immigration processes.
  • Experience managing payroll, benefits, and performance cycles in partnership with Finance.
  • High data literacy, comfortable building dashboards, reports, and insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in a creative or agency setting is a plus.
  • HR qualifications (e.g. CIPD) preferred but not essential.
