HR Operations Lifecycle Specialist - EMEA - Ireland

Responsibilities
  • Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable human resource local requirements for the local market in Ireland, with potential extended remit to additional countries within Europe.
  • Be responsible for vendor management to improve operation and service quality, efficiency and experience (e.g., benefits vendors).
  • Committed to building good and harmonious employee relations.
  • First point of contact for any employee queries. Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to solve their issues.
  • Design and recommend enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing HR processes and procedures.
  • Support employee life cycle management processes such as on boarding management, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers, leave management & benefit operations including relevant documentation and employee file management in accordance to local legislation.
  • Support relocation, immigration and other responsibilities related to staffing administration.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
  • Relevant training/degree and experience within People Operations/Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland employment legislation/compliance laws and market practices and favourably additional knowledge of other countries.
  • Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off boarding) and providing end to end HR solutions.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
  • Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of multiple legislations and market practices within the region.
