HR Operations Lead - 18-Month FTC (Hybrid/Remote)

The DPO Centre Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor for an 18-month maternity cover contract. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 2 days a week in our Ipswich office.

The right candidate will support the Head of HR in all aspects of people operations, ensuring compliance with policies and providing high-quality advice. This position requires strong operational HR skills and knowledge of UK employment law.
