HR Operations & Data Advisor (Hybrid)

Roke Manor Research Limited in Romsey is seeking an organised HR Advisor to provide advisory and administrative support across a range of HR activities. You will maintain HR data, produce insightful reports, and give first-line guidance to managers and employees in a busy people team.

You'll use your IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to support people systems, processes, and projects, while handling confidential information with discretion in a flexible hybrid role.
