Job Description

Wise May is looking for an HR Operations / HRIS Assistant to join this forward-thinking insurance business in the heart of the City. This is a real opportunity to assist a growing HR team. Working closely with the Head of HR in an extremely friendly and supportive team. HR Operations duties will include:

Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to determine HRIS needs
Lead the implementation of a new HRIS
Provide training on using the HRIS
Work closely with IT to optimise HRIS processes
Prepare reports and conduct audits
Manage data compliance
Audit HR processes and documents
Support and assist HR Payroll and Benefits Advisor on all payrolls
Support the team on projects throughout the year

HR Operations skills required:

Strong administration and organisational skills
Ability to operate in accordance with the standards and rules of regulatory bodies
Data management experience
Ability to handle confidential information
Working knowledge of employee compensation and benefits
Able to develop and maintain good relationships within the workplace
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
