As a key member of their HR team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong employee relations and supporting employee engagement initiatives across all locations.

About you
  • Third level qualification or equivalent; CIPD qualification or working towards it
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an HR role with a focus on employee relations
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to travel between sites
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
What you'll do
  • Support managers and employees with complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary hearings, and grievance procedures
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance and support on employment legislation and HR policies
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and managing disputes effectively and fairly
  • Lead and promote employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes across sites
  • Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing workplace culture and employee experience
  • Maintain accurate HR records, process employee status changes, and support payroll queries
  • Organise and support employee events, wellbeing activities, and communication campaigns to foster a positive work environment
