What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the guardian of compliance-ensuring all HR practices align with employment law, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
• Lead regular audits to keep HR processes sharp and documentation watertight.
• Help craft and roll out policies that empower teams and protect the business.
• Provide expert guidance to managers and staff on all things compliance.
• Keep leadership informed with clear, insightful reports.
• Represent the organisation confidently during external audits and inspections.

What You'll Bring:

• Solid experience in HR compliance, employment law, or a similar HR role.
• A strong grasp of UK employment legislation and GDPR.
• Impeccable attention to detail and top-tier organisational skills.
• Confident communication style with the ability to influence and advise.
• CIPD Level 3+ or equivalent experience is a big plus.
