About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support all aspects of HR within the business. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support across the business
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Advise managers on HR policies and employment law
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement

Requirements

• CIPD Level 4 qualification (minimum)
• Proven HR experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is desirable
