HR Officer - People & Culture Partner (Hybrid)

Musgrave Group plc is seeking an HR Officer to partner with the HRBP Supply Chain team, delivering the full range of HR services. The role involves on-site work (4 days), travel between Belfast sites, and supporting payroll, training, and employee relations across multiple sites.

You will contribute to engagement initiatives, policy advice, and HR operations, while developing strong relationships with managers and employees. Flexibility for night shifts may be required.
