- Location: Banbury (with travel to local sites)
- Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (Full-time can also be discussed)
- Salary: circa £55,000 (pro-rata), to be discussed.

As HR Manager, you'll partner with leaders across multiple sites, helping to develop high-performing teams, strengthen employee engagement and support organisational growth.
This is a varied role combining strategic influence with hands on HR leadership, offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact across people, culture and business performance.

- Lead and support disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes
- Champion culture change and continuous improvement programmes
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Use HR data and insights to support business decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role
- Manufacturing, engineering or operational environment experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Proven ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders
- Experience supporting employee engagement, organisational development or change initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Comfortable working across multiple sites when required
- CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience
