Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to be at the forefront of innovative Primary Care service delivery in North East Essex.

The Colte Partnership is very much 'At The Heart of Primary Care', being the largest GP Partnership in North East Essex; comprised of 9 local GP practices with over 350 employees across our sites.

As HR Manager (Head of Workforce) you will play a key leadership role in the ongoing transformation of the organisation and realise our ambitions in the delivery and development of high quality and regulatory compliant Primary Care services. You will provide expert people advice and guidance to partners, managers and staff on all workforce matters, supporting managers to build solutions in dealing with complex casework, restructures, organisational development, succession planning, performance, resourcing and employee relations issues

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer as part of the Executive Team you will be responsible for managing all employment processes, from Recruitment and Onboarding, through Employee Relations and developing Policies, to Staff Wellbeing and Pay. You will ensure that the partnership attracts, retains and develops the best workforce possible. You will provide management information to aid with workforce development, and will at all times ensure that manual and computerised data is managed within the requirements of the Data Protection Act and is GDPR compliant.

About you:

You will be an experienced professional with both operational and strategic level expertise, and preferably level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification. You will be a collaborative and inclusive leader, who will work across the HR function and beyond to increase the overall performance of the organisation. You will be a rigorous, clear thinker who acts with integrity, personally promotes equality, diversity and inclusion and who understands that our patients are at the heart of everything we do.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is looking for progression to a role that introduces a mix of strategic and operational working. We would welcome applications from candidates who have previous HR Business partnering or consultant experience along with demonstrable experience of working on various initiatives in their role that support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators.

We are looking for someone confident, flexible and motivated with high level of integrity and loyalty. Someone that can work under pressure and process information accurately and effectively. They will need to be able to work on their own initiative and be committed to supporting a team.

If you are a well organised person who thrives on a busy working environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you. Experience in a Primary Care setting will be of an extreme advantage as will experience of managing other managers to improve outcomes.
