HR Manager - Employee Relations & People Development

Vaultex UK Limited in Warrington (with travel) seeks an experienced HR Manager to provide expert HR advice and support across the business. The role covers employee relations, absence management, resourcing, development, compensation and benefits, and organisation-wide HR projects.

You will lead on employee relations, absence management, recruitment alongside the Talent and Recruitment teams, coach line managers, ensure payroll alignment, and help implement HR policies and projects.
