HR Manager - 12-Month Maternity Cover (Retail, Ireland)

Murphy Home Furnishing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to cover a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract. You will lead HR across all locations, supporting employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, engagement, and HR administration.

The role reports to senior leadership and requires a proactive approach, strong knowledge of Irish employment law, and the ability to drive HR initiatives across a multi-site retail environment.
