HR Lead

Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Location: Dublin
Salary: up to €90,000+ 15% bonus

Are you an experienced HR professional with strong union experience in Ireland and a passion for building high performing, engaged workplaces? Join our high calibre and collaborative UK & Ireland HR team as a Lead HR for Ireland, supporting 300 employees and playing a key role in shaping people strategy, employee experience, and compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Lead onboarding & offboarding processes, ensuring a best in class employee experience
• Act as the primary contact for union representatives, leading negotiations and ensuring compliance with Irish labour law (essential)
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Partner with leadership and support UK/I HR projects and cross border initiatives
• Lead internal communications across UK/I, creating impactful messaging and engagement plans
• Provide day to day HR guidance and support to employees and managers

What we're looking for

• 5-7 years' HR experience in an international environment
• Hands on union experience in Ireland (must have)
• Strong understanding of Irish employment law & HR practices
• Proven experience with overseeing 200-300 people and arranging events in the office
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast paced environment
• Experience in IT or working with large employee populations
