HR Generalist (Hybrid) - Employee Relations & Compliance

Collins McNicholas Recruitment is seeking an HR Officer based in Naas, Co. Kildare. This generalist role focuses on employee relations, performance management, absence management and HR compliance in a fast-paced operation.

You will support managers, handle investigations, transactions, and HR documentation while ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate reporting. Hybrid work available after probation, with a Monday-Friday schedule.
