HR Generalist & EA Dual role

Thisis a dual-function role providing high-quality executive, business and People support, reporting directly to the head of People, who leads both the Business Support and People teams. The role combines executive assistance to the CEO with operational and administrative responsibilities across the business, alongside a growing focus on People operations, payroll, remuneration and compensation governance.

This role will suit a commercially and financially minded professional who combines strong executive support experience with excellent analytical skills, a high level of accuracy and an interest in developing their career within HR and People. Experience in financial services or asset management, particularly within a regulated environment, would be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgement, discretion and initiative, with the confidence to work independently, manage competing priorities and build effective relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Annual Leave: 25 days per year.
• Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Remuneration & Governance: Experience supporting salary reviews, payroll, bonuses or compensation processes, ideally within financial services or asset management.
• Executive Support: Proven experience supporting senior executives, managing complex diaries and handling competing priorities with discretion.
• People Operations: Experience or a strong interest in HR administration, payroll, employee benefits and remuneration processes.
• Process Improvement: Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to streamline processes, improve efficiency and take ownership of tasks.
