Responsibilities:
- Preparing and organizing documents to facilitate the payroll process.
- Maintaining and updating company records in the HRIS Systems.
- Communicating with the external payroll company to gather necessary information.
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing information about the payroll process.
- Thoroughly checking the output files received during payroll processing to ensure accurate payroll data.
- Support HRBP's with employee leave management, employee certifications, front line HR support etc. to ensure operational excellence.
- Independently manage onboarding and offboarding processes inclusive of contract creation, and continuous maintenance of employee records and HRIS data
- Support the global COE departments to build strong process pipelines to best support the HR business partners.
- Provide support as a competent HR Generalist, with the drive to ensure consistent HR service delivery across multiple regions or business units under the guidance of NIO's core value system.
- Identify and take action on opportunities for automation and process efficiencies.
- Identifying any errors and implementing necessary corrections.
- Monitoring and tracking adherence to deadlines.
- Preparing reports on events and data for the team and management.
Qualifications:
- An HR professional, with 1-3 years of HR operational experience.
- Native Dutch Speaker with English proficiency, both spoken and written with excellent communication skills is mandatory. French and/or Italian is a plus.
- Proven experience working with Dutch Labor Law, UWV, Company Doctor & other relevant local authorities
- Workday/ADP Celergo system knowledge is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all administrative tasks.
- Problem-solving ability and initiative.
- The ideal candidate shows eagerness to work with a start-up mindset, has good soft and hard skills, with willingness to grow and develop alongside the global organization.
- Openness to acquiring new information and learning payroll processes.
- Ability to analyze and process data and information in an organized and logical manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High level of knowledge of MS office, in particular Excel.
