HR Generalist - 12 Month Contract
Dublin City Centre
Full-Time

Our client, a leading global organisation operating within a highly regulated and structured environment, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their Dublin-based HR team on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to gain exposure within a multinational setting, supporting a broad range of HR activities with a strong focus on employee relations and employment law.

The successful candidate will work closely with managers across the business, providing practical HR support and guidance, while also contributing to key HR initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Manage employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Provide advice aligned with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Support regulatory and compliance-driven HR initiatives including EU Pay Transparency Directive (EUPTD) readiness
  • Assist with HR reporting, data analysis and employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensure all HR activities are carried out in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 3-6+ years' experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role
  • Strong hands on experience managing employee relations cases, including investigations
  • Solid working knowledge of Irish employment law in a practical setting
  • Experience working in a structured, corporate or compliance-driven environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Exposure to regulatory HR projects such as pay transparency, gender pay gap or similar initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
